Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.creaflow.com, the Creaflow dashboard and the Creaflow Chrome extension (together, the "Service"), provided by Creaflow ("Creaflow", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Creaflow helps YouTube creators research niches and competitors using publicly available YouTube data: channel and video statistics, outlier detection, similar channels, revenue estimates and related insights.

Figures such as revenue estimates, growth projections and outlier scores are estimates calculated from public data. They are provided for information only, may be inaccurate, and are not financial, legal or professional advice.

Creaflow is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• The information you give us must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at the address below if you think your account has been used without your permission.
• One person per account. You may not share your account or create accounts by automated means.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of YouTube's Terms of Service or the rights of others;
• copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the Service or its data, or use it to build a competing product, without our written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code of the Service or the extension, except where the law allows it;
• try to get around security measures, access limits or usage limits, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
• interfere with or overload the Service, or introduce malware;
• use the Service to harass, impersonate or harm any person, including the creators whose public data appears in it.

The extension adds Creaflow insights to youtube.com. Because it depends on how YouTube's pages work, some features may stop working or change when YouTube changes its website. You are responsible for using the extension in line with YouTube's terms.

You keep ownership of the information you add to the Service, such as your niches, tracked channels and topics. You give us a limited licence to store and process it only to provide the Service to you.

Public YouTube data shown in the Service belongs to its respective owners.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and the Creaflow name and logo, belongs to Creaflow and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service under these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will show you the prices and the applicable terms before you are charged, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. We may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend the Service for maintenance or security reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@creaflow.com.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Except in urgent cases, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to respond.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the estimates and insights it shows.

To the extent permitted by law, Creaflow is not liable for indirect losses such as loss of revenue, profits, data or opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the Service at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you continue to use the Service after that date, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by French law.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@creaflow.com so we can try to resolve it amicably. If you are a consumer, you may also use any out-of-court dispute resolution procedure available to you under French law.

Failing an amicable resolution, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, as mandatory law allows.
